Is Steadi a center-console insert or adapter?
No. Steadi slips onto the drink and rests on a suitable surface. It does not go inside a factory cup-holder opening or attach to a vehicle. Its outside footprint is 5.2 inches.
Can I use it while driving?
This setup is for parked breaks. Steadi does not secure a drink against braking, cornering or road vibration. Before driving, stow the drink in the vehicle’s intended storage and follow its manual.
Will it work on my console lid?
Only if the stationary surface is level, stable and large enough to support the whole 5.2-inch base with room to lift your drink. Rounded, sloping, moving or deeply padded lids may not provide suitable support. Move the drink before opening the lid.
Which drink containers fit?
Bases 2–3.15 inches across, inclusive. Measure the bottom and check full seating, handle clearance and any added boot. Brand, capacity and vehicle model do not establish drink fit.
What if my factory cup holder is too small?
Steadi does not enlarge it. Measure the actual opening and drink, then check an appropriate adapter’s documented size and vehicle compatibility. A differently sized drink container may be the simpler option.
Does it protect console upholstery from spills or marks?
It is not a spill seal, liquid-catching tray or guaranteed surface protector. No universal no-mark claim is established. Keep both surfaces clean and follow the vehicle’s care guidance.
Can I put it on the dashboard or seat?
Do not use the dashboard as an improvised drink spot. Sloped or soft seats can support a drink unevenly. For a parked break, choose a firm, level surface with the entire base supported and clear of controls.
Can I leave it in a hot vehicle?
No maximum storage-temperature or hot-car durability rating is established. Avoid treating the product’s normal hot-drink use as proof of heat resistance in a parked vehicle.
How do I clean Steadi?
Hand wash only. No dishwasher or microwave. Clean the holder separately and follow your vehicle manufacturer’s care instructions for interior surfaces.
